Prayers and Praises

VMBM: Danny and Shirley Trobaugh, who have been serving in Jamaica since November, have described fellow missionaries Philip Rhodes and Jesse Bergey as "the embodiment of our Savior's love for these children" at Maranatha School for the Deaf. When Jesse and Philip returned from a work project at Salter's Hill, there were many smiles and hugs!

Mennonite Mission Network: From Jan. 15-22, approximately 50 China Educational Exchange workers and their children will be meeting for the annual winter conference. Pray that God will bless their time of sharing and learning, as well as the messages by guest speaker, Pastor Ed Olfert from Saskatchewan.

Pray for the local services for people in need: Love Inc., Shelter for Help in Emergency, Food Bank and the Salvation Army.

Pray for the 40 day spiritual journey as part of our church's vision process:

  1. Our selves, that we all will be drawn closer to God and each other.
  2. Our church, relationships within our church, our vision as a church; our facility needs
  3. Our community and our mission of witness and service
