Prayers and Praises

VMBM: Marcia Lehman recently spent two hours talking about Jesus with a neighbor lady in Bari, Italy. After 19 Italians were killed in an attack in Iraq, Marcia's neighbor wanted to know why a loving God would allow something like this to happen. It was a tough question, but Marcia used it to share about the hope we have in Jesus.

Mennonite Mission Network: Ask God to guide the Missional Church Development staff of Mennonite Mission Network in developing training materials for congregations to creatively engage in God's mission in the world.

Pray for the local services for people in need: Love Inc., Shelter for Help in Emergency, Food Bank and the Salvation Army.

Pray for the 40 day spiritual journey as part of our church's vision process:

  1. Our selves, that we all will be drawn closer to God and each other.
  2. Our church, relationships within our church, our vision as a church; our facility needs
  3. Our community and our mission of witness and service
