Prayers and PraisesMMN: Please pray for Mennonite Mission Network workers who currently are on North American ministry. Pray for safe travels and good connections with family and supporting congregations. VMM: It's good to reflect on peacemaking this
weekend. May we as Christ's followers demonstrate His way of peace in
all of our relationships. In July, Virginia Conference assembly's theme,
"Jesus is our Peace," will emphasize how we can do this in today's
world. Pray for the local services for people in need: Love Inc., Shelter for Help in Emergency, Food Bank, Salvation Army, IMPACT--a justice ministry and PACEM-- the initiative for the homeless.
