Can You Bake? Our church is providing a bake sale table for Clark School on Saturday, May 31. If you can bake something before going to Retreat, please drop it off in the kitchen at church. Thanks!

The Hange family is taking their quarterly weekend off Memorial Day weekend. In case of an emergency please contact a member of the Board of Elders: Lois Alderfer, Joyce Hutchinson or Jim Parks.

Salvation Army Kitchen - In the past our church has helped with the Salvation Army soup kitchen in the summer (June through August), on Thursday evenings. It is usually from 4:30/5 - 6pm. They need about 3-4 people each time. Please contact the pastors if you are willing to help.

The Shenandoah Valley Bach Festival invites you to its 16th season - Bach and String Things! Come hear outstanding classical music performed by soloists of international reputation, a professional orchestra and chamber musicians from around the state and the country, and a choir comprised of professional and amateur singers from the local area and beyond. Performances at EMU's Lehman Auditorium are on June 8 at 3:00 pm, June 13 at 7:30 pm, June 14 at 7:30 pm, and the Leipzig Service on June 15 at 10:00 am. Performances at Asbury United Methodist Church are at 12:00 noon on June 9-14.

Mennonite Mission Network: As Macau ministry partners meet May 27-28, please pray for God's leading and vision for the future of Mennonite ministry in Macau. Mennonite Mission Network is a partner in this work.

VMM Missions: Thank God for the opportunities that Chris & Melody Riddle have in Bari, Italy, to relate to neighbors and parents of their sons' school friends. The importance of friendship evangelism cannot be measured in earthly terms, but Heavenly gains are inevitable!

Pray for the local services for people in need: Love Inc., Shelter for Help in Emergency, Food Bank, Salvation Army, IMPACT--a justice ministry and PACEM-- the initiative for the homeless.
