In God whose word we praise
People: We will not be afraid. What can mortals do to us?
Leader: We lift up our eyes to the hills -
where does our help come from?
People: Our help comes from the LORD,
the Maker of heaven and earth.

Leader: God will not let your foot slip -
he who watches over you will neither slumber nor sleep.
People: The LORD watches over us. The LORD will keep us from all harm, he will watch over our life; The LORD will watch over our coming and going both now and forevermore. that we may walk before God in the light of life.
