Leader: Let us receive the message of God,
which we have heard and declared.
People: God is love; every one that loves
is born of God and knows God.

There will be no need for volunteers for the Salvation Army on Thursdays during the month of July. Another church had taken those dates already. Thank you, we will pick it up again in August.

The Hange family will be leaving this afternoon for the Mennonite Church convention in San Jose, CA. They will return on Monday, July 9. In case of an emergency please contact a member of the Board of Elders: Jim Parks, Joyce Hutchinson or Lois Alderfer.

From the Stewardship Corner: The Giving for the first month of the new fiscal year came to $ 4,400. 00 Thank you for praying and giving."

Prayers and Praises

Mennonite Mission Network: Mary Beyler, Mennonite Mission Network worker in Japan, requests prayer for the preaching and teaching ministry of Wilbert Shenk July 1-8, encouraging the Hokkaido Mennonite churches in being missional. Also remember mission worker Kaz Enomoto as he translates into Japanese.

VMM Missions: This week, five Mennonite mission agencies are collaborating in the Global Fabric Project at the Mennonite convention in San Jose, Calif. The samples of fabric represent countries around the world where Mennonite missions are active. As participants receive this token, may their prayers and giving increase in support of spreading God's Word in the world.

Pray for the local services for people in need: Love Inc., Shelter for Help in Emergency, Food Bank, Salvation Army, IMPACT--a justice ministry and PACEM-- the initiative for the homeless.
