Prayers and Praises
VMBM: Kevin and Sonya Gasser, pastor couple from Staunton MC, will be going to Trinidad this week to assist the Mennonite Church of Chaguanas (MCCh) with VBS. They will be working along with Ganesh and Risha Kalloo, pastor couple of MCCh. Pray that many young people will learn about Jesus in this setting.
Mennonite Mission Network: Please pray for international
mission workers and participants in Christian Service programs who are
completing their assignments this summer. Pray that these experiences
will produce fruit in their lives, for the people with whom they served
and the congregations to which they return.
Pray for the local services for people in need: Love Inc., Shelter for Help in Emergency, Food Bank, Salvation Army, IMPACT--a justice ministry and PACEM-- the initiative for the homeless.
