Prayers and Praises

VMBM: Steve Dintaman, MMN & VMBM worker in Lithuania says that teaching the course "Intro to Theology and Moral Philosophy challenges him to teach in ways that are sensitive to all the traditions represented in the classroom and that is compelling to students who are not believers." Pray that God will give him insight and wisdom for this task.

Mennonite Mission Network: Mennonite Voluntary Service participants in Tucson, Ariz., serve in these assignments: Greg Koop at BorderLinks; Caitlin Miller and Jeff Yoder at Community Food Bank; Kim Troyer at an elementary school. Pray that they will have strength and wisdom as they interact and minister with people in the community.

Pray for the local services for people in need: Love Inc., Shelter for Help in Emergency, Food Bank, Salvation Army, IMPACT--a justice ministry and PACEM-- the initiative for the homeless.
