Prayers and PraisesVMBM: At the end of July, Aaron and Laura Kauffman, VMBM and MMN workers, joined the La Mesa Mennonite Church youth and leaders in a three-day camping trip. They ask us to pray that the event will be transformative for the group and for youth who have yet to commit their lives to Christ. Mennonite Mission Network: Mennonite Mission Network
workers Andy and Susan Wade request prayer that the Hong Kong Mennonite
Conference will have a unified vision and understanding of what it means
to be a Mennonite church in Hong Kong. Pray that leaders will be equipped
for ministry both inside and outside the church. Pray for the local services for people in need: Love Inc., Shelter for Help in Emergency, Food Bank, Salvation Army, IMPACT--a justice ministry and PACEM-- the initiative for the homeless.
