SUNDAY SCHOOL TEACHERS NEEDED! We are still in need of a teacher for the Middler Group (Grades 3-5). If you are interested, please let Maren or Lara know.

Our church is receiving 100 copies of the new "Sing the journey" Hymnal Worship Book Supplement 1 from an anonymous donor. Thank you!

ATTENTION KIDS!!! Mark you calendars now for Venture Club coming this fall. The 3rd Friday of each month from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. will be a time to take a Bible Exploration, venture into the Craft Cave, and hunt for Treasure Treats. Come and join the fun! (Parents and other adults can be part of the action too by volunteering or donating supplies. Talk to Jeannine for more information.) A list of needed supplies is posted on the bulletin board.

The Salvation Army needs kitchen volunteers 4:30-6:00 p.m. Thursdays August 4, 11, and 18. Contact Roy for more information.

It's time again to place another Equal Exchange Coffee/Tea/Cocoa order. Please contact Charis for more details.
Please remember to have all bulletin information to Jeannine by noon on Thursdays. Thanks!

Mennonites and Catholics from across the United States and Canada will gather at EMU this July to continue their ground-breaking grassroots ecumenical dialogue. Called "Bridgefolk," the annual summer conferences bring together Mennonites and Catholics on a volunteer basis to explore their two traditions. Participants include both laity and leadership. The conference will begin Thursday evening, July 21, with dinner and conclude at 1 p.m. Sunday, July 24. The gathering is open to the public. Registration forms and program details for both programs are available at www.Bridgefolk.net. For more information, contact Ivan Kauffman at 202-494-4558.

Prayers and Praises

Mennonite Mission Network: Mission Network's Service Adventure program will have leaders' orientation July 20-14 in Albany, Oregon. Pray that this will be a beneficial time to resource new leaders and rejuvenate returning leaders.

Pray for the local services for people in need: Love Inc., Shelter for Help in Emergency, Food Bank, Salvation Army, CAISC -a justice ministry and PACEM - the initiative for the homeless.
