Prayers and Praises

Mennonite Mission Network: Pray that the witness of love, even without spoken words, given by Christian brothers and sisters to victims of the tsunami in South Asia will impact people. Also pray that Christians will be both diligent and wise as they seek ways to share verbally of God's love.

VMBM: Krista Swartzentruber touches the lives of the youngest students at the Maranatha School for the Deaf in Jamaica every school day. She is the hands and feet of Christ in this setting. May she find the patience and love that is needed for this task.

Pray for the local services for people in need: Love Inc., Shelter for Help in Emergency, Food Bank, Salvation Army, CAISC -a justice ministry and PACEM - the initiative for the homeless.

Pray for those within our CMC family:
~Upton family as Logan continues to recover
~ Matt Nissley and his YES team in Peru.
~ Jim Parks as he recuperates from knee surgery.
~ Those devastated by the Tsunami in Asia and Africa.
