The annual MCC meat canning is scheduled in our area for March 1-5, 2004. MCC has asked the Mennonite Relief Center Board to NOT can beef this year, due to the case of Mad Cow disease in the US, which has made exporting beef impossible. VMBM: A new house church fellowship is growing out of relationships that Keith and Tami Nice have developed in Graham, NC. Pray for the persons who are exploring the meaning of Christian faith in their lives.

Mennonite Mission Network: Pray that discussions between Illinois and Central District area conferences, Mennonite Central Committee and Mennonite Mission Network will bring a unified vision for urban ministry in the Chicago metropolitan area.

Pray for the local services for people in need: Love Inc., Shelter for Help in Emergency, Food Bank and the Salvation Army.
